In yet another quest to get healthier/drop some weight I am participating in the Lighten-Up Wisconsin 100 day challenge. It's only an $18 commitment and I'm hoping blogging about it will help keep me motivated. The goal is to get to 150 by the end.
Got up at 6-ish. Weighed in (183-ugh! but not as bad as it has been). Was shooting for 20 minutes of Wii Fit Plus but wound up with 30 (adding in the cool down). Next day for Wii Fit will be Saturday or Sunday. Trying not to overdo and upset the Fibro. I'm off to wake the Little Miss.
